We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive to manage and support all HR functions for our growing travel and tourism business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a productive and engaging work environment.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions in travel operations, ticketing, sales, and customer support.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs, ensuring new hires adapt smoothly to company culture.
Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the accounts team.
Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.).
Handle employee grievances and maintain a healthy employee–employer relationship.
Support training and skill development programs focused on the travel and tourism sector.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, rewards, and recognition programs.
Maintain accurate and updated HR records and reports.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
