Job Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in onboarding & induction processes.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Handle payroll, leave, and attendance management.
Support performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations.
Provide general HR support to employees and management.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience as HR Executive (IT industry preferred).
Knowledge of HR operations, payroll & compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
