·         Data Tracking: Monitor key metrics related to candidate engagement, such as candidate satisfaction and interview attendance. 

·         Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and work to enhance the candidate experience. 

Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement engagement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
