Key Responsibilities:
Posting Job Ads: Publish and remove job postings across various job portals and platforms.
Resume Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
