Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.

• Support HR team in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.

• Handle follow-ups and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Assist in posting job descriptions on various platforms.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Passionate about recruitment and people management.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
