 Job Opening: Hr cum Admin Assistant 

 Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
 Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

 Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

• Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure optimal performance.

• Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management.

• Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and other communications.

• Assist in screening candidates and coordinating the interview process.

• Support basic budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.

• Maintain and update personnel, financial, and other office records and databases.

• Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when required.

• Prepare timely reports, presentations, and proposals.

• Provide support to colleagues and management as needed.

 Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

• Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Office and related software tools.
