Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Position Title:

Human Resources (HR) Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, record maintenance, and ensuring company HR policies are followed. The role will support the fast-paced hiring and HR needs of our growing news team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: Job posting, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records and update HR databases (Attendance, Leaves, Joining, Resignation, etc.)

• Draft appointment letters, offer letters, relieving letters, and other HR documentation.

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and assist in workforce planning.

• Conduct orientation programs for new employees and ensure smooth induction.

• Address grievances, resolve HR-related issues, and maintain a healthy work environment.

• Ensure HR policies, rules, and compliance are being followed as per company standards.

• Manage and track employee performance, appraisal cycles, and feedback systems.

• Organize internal events, training sessions, and engagement activities.

• Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and payroll data.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR roles preferred (freshers with relevant internships may be considered).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).

• Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HR tools/software.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

• Good organizational and time management skills.
