Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, and onboarding.
Could you collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies?
Source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, networking, and employee referrals.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist in employer branding initiatives and career fairs/events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, etc.).
Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
