Key Responsibilities:
Deliver detailed training sessions to astrologers regarding app features, usage guidelines, and platform policies.
Coordinate with newly onboarded astrologers and schedule training sessions in a timely manner.
Explain the company’s service flow and application interface clearly and effectively.
Provide ongoing support and refresher training as needed.
Collect feedback and suggestions from astrologers and share them with relevant teams for improvement.
Maintain records of training delivered and track performance post-training.
Collaborate with the technical and support teams to resolve astrologer queries.
Job Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2 years to 4 years of experience in training, coordination, or HR roles.
Excellent fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good understanding of mobile apps and their features.
Confident in presenting and explaining technical or feature-based content in a simple and clear manner.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
