Role and Responsibilities
1. 0.6 to 5
Years of experience in end-to-end recruitment involved in the full recruitment cycle across
all levels.
2. Successfully involved
in end-to-end recruitment in the domestic market with leading IT / ITES
companies
3. Ability to gather
requirements and convert them to actionable job descriptions from the Recruitment
Leads / spoc.
4. Understanding the JD
/ Role description and searching relevant resumes from Job Portals and professional and social networking sites.
5. Being involved in the process of
handling recruitment including the Screening
of applicants, and selection of the
applicant through telephonic conversation.
6. Should have excellent
sourcing techniques including Internet recruiting/mass mailing, forums, and social media, to maintain a continuous flow of
qualified candidates.
7. Should have the ability
to negotiate with candidates on Salary and Notice Period etc.
