Statutory Compliance Management
Ensure timely registration, filing, and remittance of Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and other statutory dues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for PF, ESIC, and labor law audits.
Liaise with government authorities and consultants for compliance-related matters.
Labor Law Administration
Monitor and implement compliance with applicable labor laws (e.g., Shops & Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc.).
Maintain registers and returns as per statutory requirements.
Handle inspections and respond to notices from labor departments.
Audit & Reporting
Prepare monthly compliance reports and dashboards for management review.
Coordinate internal and external audits related to HR and labor compliance.
