Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 0-1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in HR. You will assist in supporting HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, record maintenance, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
-Posting job openings on various job boards and company platforms.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-Support screening and shortlisting of resumes.
-Onboarding & Documentation
-Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
-Prepare offer letters, employee contracts, and maintain employee records.
-Ensure all employee documentation is up to date and accurately filed.
-HR Administration:
Maintain and update HR databases and employee files (digital and physical).
-Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
-Assist with HR reports and data collection.
Employee Engagement
-Support internal communications regarding company policies, events, and updates.
-Assist in organizing team events, engagement activities, and celebrations.
Compliance & Policy
-Help ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
-Assist with maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
MBA Freshers Preferred
0–1 year of HR-related experience (internships or training preferred).
Basic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
