Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 + years of experience in recruitment (Consultancy expereince in blue collar jobs hiring )
Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews
Coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach
Scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining candidate database and records
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with recruitment tools and platforms (Naukri, Shine timesjobs monster.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
