We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage payroll, attendance, PF & ESIC compliance, employee engagement activities, and other HR & administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management: Prepare monthly payroll data, coordinate with the accounts team, and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
Attendance Management: Maintain and monitor attendance records, leave applications, and shift schedules.
Statutory Compliance: Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory documentation and ensure timely submission.
Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and employee welfare programs.
HR Operations: Maintain employee records, prepare letters (offer, appointment, confirmation), and handle onboarding & exit formalities.
Admin Support: Assist in office administration, vendor coordination, and other operational tasks as assigned.
