We are looking for a capable and organized HR professional to join our dynamic team and support end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement efforts.
The HR – Administration & Recruitment role is central to maintaining efficient HR operations and supporting the growth of the organization through structured hiring practices. This position will be responsible for daily HR administration, payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and building a strong recruitment pipeline to enable faster hiring when needed.
Payroll Management
Process monthly salaries, including conveyance tracking and applicable statutory deductions.
Employee Records & Leave Management
Keep HR databases updated with accurate employee records, leave balances, and attendance summaries.
Onboarding & Exit Coordination
Manage documentation and formalities for new joiners and exiting employees, ensuring a smooth experience.
HR Pipeline Development
Identify, build, and maintain a pool of prospective candidates across various roles, especially for field, technical, and administrative positions.
Employee Engagement & Query Resolution
Serve as a point of contact for resolving employee queries related to HR policies and internal processes.
Medical Insurance Reconciliation & Review
Coordinate with insurance partners to update records, track claims, and ensure timely reconciliation of medical insurance data.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and HRIS tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and capable of handling confidential information
