We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage and support a wide range of human resources functions, including end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both HR operations and organization-level responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and final hiring.
Source candidates through organic methods (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
Manage onboarding formalities such as documentation, induction, and orientation process.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate with management to assign tasks and support organizational planning.
Handle admin-related responsibilities for office operations.
Manage end-to-end payroll process: attendance tracking, leave management, and salary calculations.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary disbursements and deductions.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal communication.
Foster a positive work culture and ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
Monitor and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports of internal teams and freelancers.
Submit team evaluation reports to management regularly.
Act as a point of contact between employees and management.
Ensure HR policies are communicated and followed.
Take ownership of tasks assigned by management and drive them to closure.
