Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing end to end recruitment processes, creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.

• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. 

• Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, releasing the offer letters, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

• Managing employee records, employee files, and updating HR databases.

• Overseeing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely processing. 

• Managing employee's exit formalities where tasks include issuing of experience letters, relieving letters and full and final settlements.

• Always being proactive in maintaining the candidate pool for immediate and future requirements

• Can proactively support in organizing Employee Engagement activities every month.

• Handle and solve the Grievance of the employees.

• Contributing to the overall success of the organization by fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Required Skills

• Preferably  Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in HR management or related fields, such as recruiting or training.

• Must have very good communication skills.

• Should be well versed with analytical skills.

• Should be excellent in organizing work and be able to work independently in a team.

• Willingness to learn new skills and should be able to maintain a healthy relationship with the employees.

• Should be at least aware of all the Microsoft Office tools.

• Should be positive while working and should pro-actively conduct in the events,  team building activities, etc at the workplace.
