Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Rohini. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, fostering positive employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing various human resource management functions. The executive will also be involved in coordinating recruitment processes, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct interviews, screenings, and background checks.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies.
Conduct regular employee performance reviews and provide feedback.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Manage employee benefits, leave policies, and attendance tracking.
Proficiency in managing Employee Relations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Key Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
