Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Create and update job descriptions.
Screen Resumes,Conduct Interviews and Evaluate Tests
Leave and Attendance Management and Vendor Management
Handling employee grievances and conducting employee management activities.
Payroll Management
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Computer knowledge is must -able to work on Ms Word,Ms Excel and Ms Powerpoint
A candidate must be open to working 6 days working and 9 hrs duty.
