We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance & payroll support, and compliance with company policies.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers)
Manage onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or Excel
Monitor attendance, leaves, and support payroll processing
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support performance review and appraisal processes
Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance
Assist in drafting HR letters such as offer letters, relieving letters, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in an HR role
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
Experience with HRMS tools
Knowledge of payroll and statutory components (PF, ESI, etc.)
Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance
