lining up interviews, taking interviews, making salary structure, negotiating, making offer
and appointment letter
Induction and joining formalities
Making HR policies and putting systems in place
Payroll and keeping record of attendance and holiday
Conducting training
Competency mapping
Conducting yearly or 6 monthly appraisals
Supporting to calculate increment
Handling employee grievances
Making KRA’s
Making JD
Co-ordinating with consultants and contractors to meet statutory compliance requirement
Checking contractors and consultant bills
Admin work would include – renewal of AMC’s , calling for servicing of computers, AC’s,
etc.., monitoring housekeeping and security staff, searching agency if needed online,
booking tickets and hotel for official travel of management and sales employees
