Work Role:

·         Ensuring optimum utilization from database / jobsites / reference, job posting, daily alert and sending bulk mails on jobsites as well as sourcing resumes via. Job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc

·         Filling positions within an organization.

·         Screening the resumes in terms of qualification, experience, expatriation, technical fit, communication and pay package etc.

·         Conducting preliminary interviews (telephonic as well as in-person) with the candidates to check their interest skills after briefing them about the job description and company profile.

·         Coordinating & scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates

·         Conducting negotiation process for salary, joining time, joining bonus, documentation etc.

·         Drafting and posting job descriptions.

·         Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

·         Preparing job offers.

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels inside and outside of the business
