To manage and support all HR activities at the warehouse location, ensuring smooth functioning of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, compliance, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate with staffing partners for manpower requirements.
Conduct interviews and facilitate new joiner formalities.
Complete documentation and system entry for new hires.
Attendance & Payroll Support:
Maintain attendance and leave records through biometric or manual systems.
Share accurate data with payroll team on time.
Resolve salary or attendance discrepancies for warehouse staff.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records, ID cards, and documentation.
Track contract staff data and coordinate with vendors.
Support in issuing letters (offer, warning, relieving, etc.)
Compliance & Statutory:
Ensure compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, minimum wages, etc.).
Assist in audits and statutory inspections at the warehouse.
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:
Conduct engagement activities like birthday celebrations, team-building, etc.
Act as the point of contact for warehouse employees for HR-related concerns.
Address grievances with empathy and escalate when necessary.
Training & Development:
Coordinate induction and periodic skill development sessions.
Maintain training attendance and feedback records
