Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Handle employee queries and provide support in HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.).
Assist in drafting HR letters (appointment, confirmation, increment, warning, resignation, relieving, etc.).
Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Manage employee exits, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain documentation.
