We are hiring an MBA HR Professional (50% Recruitment & 50%Operations) for a Freight Forwarding Company at Andheri (East), Mumbai.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated MBA HR professional to manage a dual role encompassing 50% recruitment and 50% HR operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (50%):
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads to define job specifications and hiring criteria.
• Oversee the development of job descriptions and post them on various job portals and platforms.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a strong network of potential hires.
• Organize and manage interview schedules and assessments.
• Provide timely and insightful feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize HR software and systems to track candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
HR Operations (50%):
• Assist in the implementation and management of HR policies and processes.
• Support payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate processing of employee compensation.
• Manage employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Support performance management systems and conduct regular follow-ups on employee appraisals.
• Assist in HR-related reporting, including tracking employee attendance, leaves, and other administrative tasks.
• Support training and development initiatives, tracking employee learning and growth.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
• Assist with employee relations and act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: MBA in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in HR, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with HR policies, payroll systems, and labour laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive approach to challenges.
