Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage daily HR operations, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR processes, payroll coordination, and recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities:

Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain daily attendance, leave register, local conveyance, tour, and travel records.

Onboarding & Exit Formalities: Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees and completion of exit formalities.

Payroll & Compliance: Assist in salary processing and ensure HR statutory compliance.

PF & ESI Coordination: Liaise with PF & ESI departments/consultants for timely remittance and resolve employee queries.

Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Policy Implementation: Support in developing and implementing new HR policies.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in HR operations.

Knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI), and HR documentation.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office .
