Position: HR Assistant
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (Fix , variable) PF , Insurance
Location: Tehsil Camp, Panipat
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update job descriptions as per hiring requirements

• Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms and professional networks

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and evaluate candidate skills

• Post and manage job advertisements across portals and social media platforms

• Responsible for team target and self target achievement

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand future manpower needs

• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication

• Maintain applicant databases and track recruitment progress

• Conduct background checks and document verification

• Support onboarding and induction activities for selected candidates

Job Requirements

• Education: Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

• Experience: 2 – 5 years in recruitment or HR operations

• Strong knowledge of resume databases, job portals, and sourcing techniques

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Good judgment and problem-solving mindset

• Willingness to work 6 days a week
