About the Role:
Dangi Digital Media LLP is seeking a proactive HR Executive – Recruitment to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hiring the right talent and contributing to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions according to hiring requirements.
Source and engage potential candidates via online platforms and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and assess candidate skills.
Post and manage job advertisements across job portals and social media.
Achieve both individual and team recruitment targets.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand current and future manpower needs.
Schedule interviews and manage all candidate communications.
Maintain applicant databases and track recruitment progress.
Conduct background checks and verify candidate documentation.
Support onboarding and induction processes for selected candidates.
Job Requirements:
Education: Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Experience: 1 – 3 years in recruitment or HR ops
Strong knowledge of resume databases, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good judgment and problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to work 6 days a week.
