Job Overview

As an HR Executive at Hireinside, you will handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding. You will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and candidate engagement.

This position is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who want to build a solid foundation in the Human Resources and Recruitment field.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain detailed job descriptions and role specifications.

• Source and engage candidates using online platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.

• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary HR interviews, and evaluate candidate profiles.

• Post and advertise job openings across job portals, professional networks, and social media.

• Shortlist and schedule interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and team leads.

• Conduct background verification checks and validate candidate credentials.

• Maintain and update a candidate database for current and future hiring needs.

• Support the HR team in other recruitment and employee engagement activities.

Job Requirements

• Graduate degree in any Any Stream

• 0 – 0.5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of resume databases, job portals, and sourcing techniques.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Good judgment and decision-making skills.

• Must be willing to work 6 days a week.
