Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Help manage attendance, leaves, and HRMS entries.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Support payroll data collection and verification.
Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and company policies.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
