- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for site staff and office personnel
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment processes and candidate data
- Oversee HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and provide support to employees and management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR Recruitment and Operations
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRMS, recruitment tools)
