Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring correct calculation of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime.

• Maintain payroll records and handle employee queries related to pay, benefits, and tax.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as tax filings, provident fund (PF), employee state insurance (ESI), and other government-mandated contributions.

• Coordinate with finance for payroll funding and bank file processing.

• Prepare payroll reports for management and auditors.

• Handle full and final settlement calculations for exiting employees.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience as an HR Executive and Payroll or in similar roles. Strong communication skills, knowledge of resume databases, and expertise in sourcing techniques are essential. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are a must.
