• Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

• Draft and publish accurate job descriptions tailored for diagnostics industry roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and healthcare/diagnostics-specific platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for roles like pathologists, lab technicians, phlebotomists, radiologists, sales & marketing executives, and operations staff.

• Maintain accurate records in the ATS/HR database.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and healthcare regulations during hiring.

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent.
