JOB Responsibility- HR Executive
· Recruitment: Drafting JD's, sourcing, screening candidate and scheduling next level interviews.
· Background verification for shortlisted candidates, negotiating salary and rollout offer letter.
· Recruiting critical openings within the TAT and budget. Responsible for employee retention
· On boarding: Completing Joining formalities, induction & ordination, enrolling new employee POP Onbarding
· HR MIS, Employee personal file, Training report, Deployment tracker, BGV,
Promotions,andterminations,
• Training & Development: Conducting internal and external trainings based on need analysis.
· Managing external & internal Audits
