Job Role: HR Recruiter
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Nearest Metro: Mewla Maharajpur (we will provide cab for the metro once shortlisted)

Mode of Work: Onsite (5 Days working)

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in recruitment OR talent acquisition.

• Hands-on expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.

• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
