The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, and compliance. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth HR functions and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.).
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or similar role.
Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, training, compliance, etc.).
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
