We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Human Resources department. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in HR functions and assist with various projects related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation.
Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Support HR operations such as documentation, maintaining employee records, and database updates.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Assist in the performance management process.
Participate in policy reviews, audits, and compliance tracking.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices.
Currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Knowledge of HRMS tools or applicant tracking systems.
Previous internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
