🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven HR Executive / Senior HR Executive (Recruiter) to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to help drive the organization’s growth.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the organization.

• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

• Screen and shortlist profiles to match job requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.

• Promote Novo Medisciences’ employer brand through effective candidate engagement.

🧠 Qualifications & Skills:

• Mandatory: 1–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred (not mandatory).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using job portals and sourcing tools.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
