Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee attendance records accurately.
Coordinate with the accounts team for timely calculation and processing of salaries.
Ensure office compliance with relevant laws and policies.
Manage office administration including vendor coordination for pantry, supplies, and other
office requirements.
Maintain workplace decorum and foster a positive work culture.
Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement programs and activities.
Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies.
Act as a communication bridge between employees and management.
Handle basic documentation, employee onboarding, and record management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of relevant HR and admin experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities with attention to detail.
Proactive, organized, and able to uphold confidentiality and professionalism.
