Key Responsibilities:
Handle on boarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll coordination.
Support HR compliance, statutory documentation (PF, ESI, etc.)
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Assist in implementing HR policies and company procedures.
Maintain discipline, office decorum, and support admin tasks as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR role,
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
