Key Responsibilities:

Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback during the recruitment process.
Database Management: Update and maintain candidate databases and records to ensure accurate tracking of recruitment activities.
Support Recruitment Drives: Assist in organizing and conducting recruitment drives and campus placement events.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports and documentation.
