Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Ansari  Road, Daryaganj

Shift : 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)

Experience : 4 Plus Years

Salary : up to  3.6.  LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office HR professional to manage and oversee daily human resource functions within our office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage day-to-day HR operations for the office.

·         Coordinate the recruitment and on boarding process for new hires.

·         Source, screen, and interview candidates for various office & domestic roles.

·         Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified domestic staff across multiple functions.

·         Develop job descriptions and specifications for each role in collaboration with managers.

·         Perform background checks, reference checks, and credential verification.

·         Coordinate interviews between candidates and manager.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

·         Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database in Excel.

·         Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified office & domestic staff across multiple functions.

·         Perform background checks, reference checks, and credential verification.

·         Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

·         Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database.

Requirements:

•          Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

•          Proven experience (4+ years) in an HR role, preferably in an office environment.

•          Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

•          Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

•          Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools or others.

•          Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
