Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Agra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers.

Source potential candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn), social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates during the hiring process.

Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Prior experience in recruitment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
