About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team at Bilivin Education. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and helping us attract top talent for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ fitment

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

• Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and department heads

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Maintain a recruitment tracker and generate weekly reports

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and job postings

• Assist in onboarding and documentation for selected candidates

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with MS Excel, job portals, and LinkedIn
