Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, relieving letters, and experience certificates.
Oversee employee lifecycle processes including joining formalities, documentation, leave and attendance management, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Handle administrative functions such as office management, vendor coordination, procurement of supplies, and facility upkeep.
Undertake miscellaneous tasks and assignments as directed by the management.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and statutory requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
