Job Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum graduation degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. Strong communication skills, knowledge of resume databases, and expertise in sourcing techniques are essential. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are a must.
