We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team. An ideal person will be responsible for searching for new talent and recruiting for our company. Handling our team members grievances.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment process, includes identifying potential candidates, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth induction and timely completion of HR documentation & background checks.
Maintain employee records, documents, and leave & attendance records.
Create MIS reports and maintain all hiring records on a weekly basis.
Coordinate general administrative tasks and create mis reports on company expenses and petty cash.
