Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Record Management: · Update and maintain employee records in the HRone system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. · Complete and manage employee personnel files, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and stored. · Ensure timely and accurate HRone system updates of all employee-related data.
2. Pre-Joining Formalities: · Collect and verify pre-offer documents from candidates, ensuring all required paperwork is complete before the offer is extended. · Coordinate and track completion of employee health checkups, ensuring compliance with company health protocols. · Conduct first-source validation for all new hires to verify qualifications and background information. · Manage the onboarding process, including joining formalities, HRone creation, location mapping and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
3. Onboarding process: · Ensuring that all pre-employment paperwork is collected, verified, and processed in a timely manner. · Ensure the creation of new employee profiles in the HRone system, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately entered. · Location mapping to the designated area.
4. Inputs in Ongoing HR Operations: · Track and maintain records for employee confirmations, ensuring timely updates to reflect successful completion of probation periods. · Update and manage transfer information in HR systems, ensuring all details related to internal movements are accurately recorded. · Update and validate education and employment history in employee records to ensure alignment with company data.
