Job Title: HR Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, from job profiling to candidate onboarding.

2. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

3. Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

4. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

5. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

6. Managing and maintaining candidate databases and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

7. Providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.

8. Participating in recruitment events and career fairs to build a strong talent network.

9. Negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree.

2. Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
