An HR Executive manages human resources functions to support organizational goals, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, performance management, and employee relations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and maintaining employee records and HR data. Key duties also involve administering training programs, managing employee exits, and serving as a liaison between employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings and conducting interviews to selecting and onboarding new hires.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Develop and execute orientation sessions for new employees and manage the procedures for departing employees.
Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, help managers and employees with goal setting, and provide guidance on performance development.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer and manage employee benefits programs like health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
HR Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and revise HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Training & Development: Design and coordinate training sessions and programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and generate necessary HR reports.
Employee Engagement: Plan and organize activities and initiatives to foster employee satisfaction and a positive work environment.
Payroll Administration: Oversee the accurate and timely distribution of salaries and wages.
